Unknown persons have reportedly pushed a woman, believed to be in her forties out of a moving taxi, leading to her death at Kwadaso in the Ashanti region.
The unfortunate incident is said to have occurred on Thursday evening.
Eyewitnesses narrated that, it happened between Star Junction and Agric Junction in the Kwadaso Municipality but the rationale behind their action remains unclear.
Accra-based Citi News reported that, the suspects fled the scene after pushing the woman out, sparking concerns among witnesses.
Despite rushing to offer help, the woman passed on shortly.
A complaint was lodged with the police and the body conveyed to the morgue.
The family of the deceased has since been identified with investigation into the incident underway.
