The head pastor of Perez Chapel International, Bishop charles Agyen Asare says he has smoked weed before when he was in was in secondary school at St. Martins in Tamale. According to him this happened when one of his mates who had a mental problem and was recovering told authorities of the school that it was him who supplied the marijuana to him. He further explained that he couldn’t stay two weeks without having a girlfriend so one day he met a  lady and proposed to her and she asked her if she had a boyfriend and told him  that her boyfriend is Jesus Christ so if he wants her then Bishop should follow her to church to which he did and during the service and sat at the back and that was the first time he heard if you want to give your life to Jesus please come forward and something happened to him that he couldn’t understand so he moved forward to the alter and he prayed the sinners prayer and from that day the power of drugs, Tobacco, and alcohol broke from is life at the age of 18 years.

When quizzed by Bola Ray to rate Ex-President John Mahama on the scale of 1-10 he gave him 7 out of 10.
