Two journalists Caleb Kudah and Zoe Abu Baidoo who work with Citi Fm were been arrested by National Security Officers yesterday.
According to report, their arrest was linked to a video recorded on Sunday May 9, 2021 to criticize the Ghana Police Service for storming the independence square with their armoured vehicles in order to prevent #FixTheCountry protesters the area to protest.
Reacting to the arrest of these two journalists, Ghanaian lawyer and National communication Officer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Sammy Gyamfi has condemned the arrest of Caleb Kudah and Zoe Abu Baidoo and the gestapo invasion of the office of Citi FM by armed National Security operatives. He again added that, the act of the National Security Officers was unlawful and preposterous and then tells the President to stop oppression of journalists and citizen.
