Take these steps to recover your MTN Mobile Money PIN code rather than entering random numbers. You could be blocked, as MTN only allows a few options when they suspect you have difficulty entering the current PIN code for your MoMo wallet. Follow the steps below to get your PIN reset:

1. Call MTN Ghana right away

On the toll-free number 100, you can reach MTN Ghana. Follow the voice prompts to speak the a representative in your preferred language. This is the first thing to do to recover your forgotten PIN code. The enable a representative to help you recover your account, some pertinent information about your wallet will be required.
