The National Inspectorate Board has cautioned Private Pre – Private Institutions for breaching Presidential protocols for the re-opening of schools.
In a press release signed by Hilda Hagar Ampadu, Executive Director/ Inspector of General of schools says that that it has come to their notice that some Pre Private Institutions have have re-opened their schools for in-person classes for learners in lower primary to Senior High Schools other than those in JHS 2 and SHS 2 AND these actions are in breach of the President’s directives.
Parents too have been admonished not to send their wards who are not in JHS 2 and SHS 2 to school or international equivalent until otherwise indicated by the President. Any private school that acts contrary to the President’s directive will be shut down indefinitely. Please read the full statement below.
