The Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) has released the payment date for Salaries and Wages for January 2024.

According to the Controller and Accountant General’s Department, January 2024 salaries and wages will be paid on 22nd January 2024 to all Public Sector Workers.

Management of the Controller and Accountant General’s Department assures Government Workers on the payroll that salaries and wages will be paid on dates as scheduled.

The Controller and Accountant General’s Department (CAGD) announced the payment dates of salaries and wages for 2024 in November 2023.

CAGD in their notice said 2024 Salaries and Wages of Civil Servants, the Ghana Education Service (GES), and all other Public Servants paid by the Controller and Accountant-Generals’ Department will be paid on the dates indicated below:

1. January – 22nd
2. February – 22nd
3. March – 26th
4. April – 25th
5. May – 27th
6. June – 27th
7. July – 25th
8. August – 27th
9. September – 26th

• October – 24th
• November – 25th
• December – 19th
