A man of God Samuel Mawuse Akpaglo has said no true believer of the Gospel of Jesus will support or join freemasonry.
Drawing inspiration from Matthew 4:1-11 he said the allure of worldly power and influence is a temptation that must be resisted linking it to the temptation of Jesus by Satan.
“In the world today, especially in circles of power and influence, there are various groups and fraternities that offer promises of wealth, status, and success to those who join them. One such group is the freemasons, known for their secrecy and exclusive nature.” He wrote.
“As seen in the recent celebration of the Otumfour’s 25-year reign, where the freemason fraternity honored him, it becomes evident how alluring these groups can seem to individuals seeking power and connections. However, as Christians, we are called to resist such temptations and stand firm in our faith, just as Jesus did when faced with temptation in the wilderness.” he added
