NPP 2024 presidential primaries: Kennedy Agyapon reveals what he will do if he looses

25 Jul

Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP), Kennedy Agyapong has stressed that he is unhappy with attacks from officials of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) ahead of the flagbearer election of the party.

He insists that if the attacks do not stop and he loses the flagbearer election, there is no way he will be involved in the party’s campaign for the 2024 General Election.

Instead, the flagbearer hopeful of the NPP notes that he will rather move to America to enjoy his life.

“If they continue the way they are continuing big no. I’m telling you. If they go the way they are going, me when I lose, straight, I will go back to America. You say you can win, win without Ken Agyapong. Let Adomako Baafi and all those guys go and do the campaign.

“You think I’m a fool to spend my money for these young guys to insult me? If they stop fine. If they don’t then count me out,” Ken Agyapong stressed in an interview with Home Radio.

According to the Assin Central MP, he is ready to lead the NPP into the 2024 General Election but won’t see it as a big deal if he does not win the flagbearer election.

He strongly believes that if delegates vote for him, he has pragmatic solutions that will solve the many problems facing Ghanaians. Ken Agyapong is one of 10 aspirants vying for the flagbearer position of the NPP. He is regarded as one of the three frontrunners ahead of the polls.
