The Akyem branch of Newmont Mine has donated COVID-19 supplies worth GHC 152,000 to its 10 host communities to help manage the pandemic. Items include 19,400 nose masks, 2,500 hand sanitizers, 19 boxes of liquid soap and 90 Veronica Buckets. This donation will provide direct support to our communities and help address their immediate health and safety needs.
