Global President of Groupe Nduom, Dr. Papa Kwesi Nduom, has alleged that Dr Matthew Opoku Prempeh, the running mate for the flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, has flown over seas.

He claims that the reason for the trip to Germany is to enable the former Energy Minister have access to medical treatment.

He shared his support for Dr Opoku Prempeh also known as Napo and wished his a speedy recovery in a post on the X platform.

“Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh (NAPO), running mate for NPP flys to Germany for medical treatment. Ghana is with you in our prayers,” he posted.

His claims cannot be verified currently and neither has the communication team of Dr Opoku Prempeh reacted to the issue.

This assertion comes after some Ghanaians suggested that Dr Opoku Prempeh may be ill due to the recent change in his physical appearance.
