Flagbearer hopeful for the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Kennedy Agyapong has said that he always speaks to the Vice President of Ghana.
According to him, he speaks to Dr Mahamudu Bawumia through his campaign Manager Sammi Awuku, and they always trash out issues they believe did not go well during their campaign.
Kennedy Agyapong, who was speaking on Tamale-based Radio Tamale said the Vice President has admitted that he needs him regardless.
“Look, we all need each other. If I win I need the Vice President, and I need other contestants that is why I don’t want to trash the Vice President, but his people play dirty games and all those things.
I always talk to him through Sammi Awuku. He will call and I will speak to him that this didn’t go well and if anything I will fight back and we do all these because I need him and he himself admits he needs Kennedy Agyapong,” he said.
