The husband of Police Inspector Martina Osway with the National Police Training School(NPTS)has died .through suicide, MyNewsGh.com has confirmed.
According to the Police Situational Report signed by this portal, Inspector Martina Osway reported her husband to the Taifa Police Station for abuse.
Martina is said to have vacated their house with their children to avoid further abuse from her husband.
Although her husband was invited by the Police for interrogation, he refused to honour the invitation.
On December 2, 2023, at about 9:00 am, one Corporal Prince Agbeshi was detailed with Inspector Martina to arrest her husband Frank Amoakohene aged 44 at Kwabenya off Ga East Municipal Hospital but they met him hanging dead in their five-bedroom apartment.
Frank Amoakohene is said to have left a suicide note which details were not provided.
