Mr Godwin Awoonor-Yevu emphasized the need for a participatory policy-making process and constructive dialogue in addressing teachers’ concerns.
“We envisage a new social contract prioritising teachers’ wellbeing, empowering expertise through government support. Safe supportive and inclusive environment, regular professional growth, fair compensation, job security and involving teachers in decision making policy”
