Reports indicate that the technical team of Ghana’s Black Stars have been involved in an accident on the Tarkwa-Takoradi highway.
The team were, however, unscathed in the accident, but they have been sent to the hospital for checks.
It is not clear what exactly caused the accident, but videos from the accident present a gory image.
John Painstil whose voice is heard in the video said “this is not going to happen to us, never. We are hurt; it is later we will know that we are hurt. I feel some pain”.
The team were in Tarkwa for the Champions of Champions match between Samatex and Nsoatreman FC at the TnA park.
Persons who were involved in the accident include head coach Otto Addo, second assistant John Paintsil and goalkeepers trainer, Fatawu Dauda.
