Ghanaian socialite, Valentina Nana Agyeiwaa, well-known as Afia Schwarzenegger, has been given seven days to retract defamatory remarks about Kwasi Aboagye.
Through his lawyers, Kwasi Aboagye, a popular radio presenter, demanded that Afia should retract, apologize and remove from the internet all audiovisual recordings of all the derogatory statements she made about him recently.
According to the lawyers of the media personality, their client had noticed Afia Schwarzenegger’s repeated outright falsehoods against him for a long period.
While Mr Aboagye can ignore the bare insults, false claims of the criminal conduct of defiling unnamed minors, imputations of impotence and infidelity of his partner to hurt his family cannot be ignored.
In this regard, Afia Schwarzenegger has been asked to deliver his written retraction and apology within seven days.
This will be approved by Kwasi Aboagye when finally written.
