According to the report by TV3 GH today Sunday, residents of Ashaiman Constituency were left in shock after a well-known pastor, Pastor Daniel Kwaku Mensah, was caught entering a guest house with a married woman, Mrs. Rita Owusu.

The embarrassing incident happened on Sunday evening at a popular lodge in the area.

According to eyewitnesses, the pastor arrived at the guest house first. A few minutes later, Mrs. Rita Owusu, who is married to Mr. Samuel Owusu, also arrived and joined him inside.

The two thought nobody was watching, but unfortunately, some residents recognized them.

“I was sitting outside when I saw Pastor Mensah enter the place. At first, I didn’t suspect anything. But when I later saw Mrs. Owusu sneak in, I became curious because I know she is a married woman,” an eyewitness said.

News spread quickly, and some community members, including Mr. Samuel Owusu’s friends, rushed to the scene.

They confronted the lodge manager and demanded to know which room the two were in. After a heated argument, the manager agreed to knock on the door.

When Pastor Mensah finally opened the door, he was shocked to see a crowd waiting for him. His face turned pale, and he started shaking. Mrs. Owusu, who was inside, tried to hide behind the bed, but people forced their way in and found her.

“What are you doing here with another man? Is this what you do behind my back?” Mr. Owusu shouted at his wife in anger.

The embarrassed pastor tried to explain, claiming that he and Mrs. Owusu were only having a “private counseling session.” However, the angry crowd refused to believe him.

“Counseling in a guest house? Do you think we are fools?” one man shouted.

The situation nearly turned violent as some of Mr. Owusu’s friends wanted to attack the pastor. It took the intervention of elders in the community to calm things down.

The pastor was forced to leave in shame while Mrs. Owusu was taken home by her furious husband.

Residents of Ashaiman are now discussing the scandal, with many calling for Pastor Mensah to step down from his position. Others believe Mr. Owusu should seek justice for the betrayal.

Meanwhile, neither the pastor nor Mrs. Owusu has spoken publicly about the incident.
